To be considered for an office, we ask that you be a member for at least one year.


Administrative Team

Moderator

The Moderator is the representative head of the Church in all legal, contractual, and governmental matters. The Moderator is a nonvoting member of the Leadership Team meetings.

Secretary

Takes, organizes, publishes, achieves the minutes of all meetings.

Treasurer

Tracks all Church funds and works with a bookkeeper.

Manages the affairs of the Church.


Ministry Teams

Administrative Assistant

This team helps maintains the day-to-day business of the church and covers such tasks as obtaining mail, answering phones, and other duties as required by Leadership Team or Pastor.

Connections

This team connects us to one another and includes hospitality, decorating, food, planning events, celebrations, and activities.

Formation

This team helps lead us to Christ through spiritual formation and effective discipleship with integrated Christian education, adult discipleship, and effective children's ministry.

Property

This team maintains healthy and functioning facilities, and property. It provides general maintenance of the Church building, the Grove, the Parsonage, the parking lot, and the grounds.

Witness

This team arranges compassionate care and mission work within our community, nation, and the world.

Worship

This team helps create meaningful, engaging, and tangible worship opportunities.  It assists the Pastor, provides music, greeters, prepares for Baptisms and Foot Washing ceremonies.

Media

This team creates weekly Sunday Service slides and Gathering slides, maintains and updates the Church website, maintains and updates the social media.

Historian

This team organizes and maintains the Church archives.

Webmaster

The webmaster assists the Administrative Assistant and the Media Team create and maintain the Church website.
